Project Info

After years of serving as a bed and breakfast, this original kitchen and carriage house has been restored to serve as the main kitchen for this 1835 house. The “hyphen” (connection between the main house and the kitchen building), now serves as a butler’s pantry connecting the dining room and kitchen. In addition, the carriage bays became a guest suite, with an art studio loft and sitting room above.

Completion: 2015

Contractor: Stocky Cabe, Omni Constr.
