This new little structure had to pack a lot of power in less than 600 square feet, to meet City Zoning requirements. The building serves as a pool house, guest house, and office. The office doubles as a guest room, thanks to a hidden murphy bed and sliding barn doors. In addition to a half bath accessed from the exterior, there is a full guest bathroom inside, as well as a kitchenette and sitting room for pool parties or overnight guests.
